A Lifetime of Woodworking

Since taking my first shop class in 1974, I have had a passion for making things out of wood. I spent many hours in the wood shop designing and building furniture pieces while majoring in Industrial Arts Education. With my first teaching job in 1982, I enjoyed unlimited access to a well equipped wood shop. In a short time, I increased my skills in all areas of woodworking. After getting married in 1988, my wife and I soon built our first home. I built a shop in the garage of that house and began to make more and more wood furnishings for friends and relatives.

We have built a second house now, and I have the shop of my dreams in the 3600 square foot walkout basement. After 23 years of teaching high school industrial arts, I left that profession to fulfill another dream, making furniture full time. I offer a wide range of products because my background in woodworking is so diverse. I use proven construction techniques and high-quality materials. I combine these with superb craftsmanship in order to fabricate a piece that will delight the visionary and last through the ages. I love making unique pieces for my clients.
